Mr. Olubukola Dosunmu
With over 20 years work-experience in Commercial and Investment banking in areas that covered Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Management, Planning, Product development and Corporate Finance; and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Bsc Mathematics and Msc in Economics, Mr. Olubukola Dosunmu has proved his mettle as a corporate finance specialist.
He retired from formal employment to start his consultancy outfit, Great Kleos Global Consulting Ltd in 2015, as a Deputy Director with the United Kingdom Trade & Investment (UKTI) in Nigeria. While with the British Government, he headed a team of 4 that covered Education and Financial services as key pillars under the United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) prosperity agenda. His primary role was to make presentations and provide advice on economic metrics that enhance cross-border trade and investment flows between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
He also assisted British businesses with contact details, market intelligence, information on commercial opportunities, the political economy and local environmental norms and customs that enabled them to establish and make informed investment decisions in Nigeria.
Currently, as a consultant , he generates Business plans, provides advisory service on planning, financing, setting up and managing new companies.
Mr. Ekinadoese Nosakhare, the Founder and COO of SCENT OF WATER DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT CENTRE (SOWDEC), with over 15 years’ experience in Micro-lending and Agent banking, was a Area manager in one of the most vibrant and widely spread Micro lending institutions in Nigeria, prior to setting up SOWDEC.
From an early stage, he recognized the widening level of inequalities and growing army of economically disadvantaged individuals in the economic space. However, his strong belief that the situation is not irreversible and over time, poverty can be reduced by narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, propelled him into setting up SOWDEC.
From experience also, he became very much aware that there is a rich breadth of opportunities to provide transformative change through skills acquisition and small loans to the mass of individuals in the distressing economic bracket of economically disadvantaged individuals; most especially women, who happen to be the most impacted by funding inaccessibility, yet have the highest repayment rate.
He graduated with an upper credit from Auchi polytechnic Auchi and is a Microfinance certified practitioner with a confirmation certificate issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria.
Mr. OBAMEN HENRY holds an MBA from Lagos State University and he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) – ACA. He graduated within the ten percentile with an Upper Credit in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi.
He is also a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and holds a Certificate of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) - Level 2 – issued by the Institute of Industrial, Security and Safety of Nigeria.
His financial acumen, unquestionable integrity and attention to details, enabled him to earn a senior executive position at one of the oldest and most prestigious insurance firms with a presence in all the State capitals and other key business hubs across Nigeria.
He is quite experienced in financial reporting and planning, budgeting, financial services regulators renditions and returns, computation and filing of taxes etc.
He is a very good team player, highly ethical, analytical and numerate. He is also a strategic thinker with solid communication and leadership skills.
Mr. OMOREJIE NDUDI, with close to two decades of experience in the broad area of Finance and specifically in Asset creation, Relationship Management, Credit risk analysis and management, has held various key positions that included overseeing a staff of 180 Relationship Managers, the efficient management of a loan portfolio of N1.8 billion, and a clientele base in excess of 10,000 that cuts across 14 operational zones in Nigeria.
His extensive background in assessing and funding Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), enabled him to participate effectively in the structuring and packaging of various financial projects that included a multimillion Naira Orange Cab Project for CASHLINK Leasing Company and equally, the quarter of a billion Crystal Line project for TFS Finance Ltd.
He has attended several courses that have aided him in honing his skills, and he is a member of the Institute of Strategic Public Negotiation (ISPN) and Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management CIPDM).
Mr. Omorodion-Osagie Uyi's antecedents speak for him and stand him out as a thorough people management professional with close to 20 years hands-on experience in the field.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control (CIFCN), an Aluminus of one of the most recognized and effective non-profit private-sector led organisations, created in March 2000 to tackle the high rate of unemployment and poverty in Nigeria; FATE Foundation. He holds a Bsc in Human Physiology (University of Ilorin) and an Msc in the same discipline, from the highly revered University of Lagos.
In addition to these two degrees, he has also attended several courses in the area of performance management, productivity enhancement and human capacity development.
Again, aside an inherent capacity to motivate, mobilize and align people and organizations with diverse points of views, and interests to achieve a common objective, Mr Omorodion-Osagie Uyi has a time-tested ability to provide leadership in complex environments.
In 2007, he made significant contributions in his capacity as a member of the Secretariat staff of Edo State Transmissio Committee. Prior to that, he was the Provost Marshall of the Federal Road Safety Club, Bida, Niger State and in 2002, the General Secretary of the University of Ilorin Psychology Students association and National Treasurer of the Students' Psychology Association of Nigeria. He is versed in HRIS systems and very proficient in MS Office suite.
